摘要
By analyzing the current situation of China's building energy consumption and serious form of the existing building energy consumption and energy-saving potential, having proposed a method that is changing the cool source of existing buildings into cold storage air-conditioning system. To alleviate a big problem for the electricity peak difference. This paper has established a mathematical model to figure out the optimal load transfer rate for the ideal economic cost. Through an example, using the optimal design and application of mathematical models to find the best transformation programme, certificating the system economic and feasibility.
