摘要
In this paper, an improved Interline Unified Power Quality Conditioner (IUPQC) using Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC), which compensates for various power quality disturbances, has been presented. The IUPQC is connected to two feeders and compensates voltage and current distortions in those feeders. The proposed topology can be effectively used for compensating current and voltage imperfections in a multifeeder system. The Series Compensator is checked for compensation of voltage sag and interruption in one feeder through simulation. The Shunt Compensator is also tested for compensation of harmonics and reactive power in the other feeder. The efficiency of the configuration with FLC has been compared against the configuration with the conventional PI controller using MATLAB/SIMULINK.
