An integrated circuit design for piezoelectric acoustic microsensors

摘要
This paper presents the design for integrated processing circuit of piezoelectric acoustic sensor. The first amplify stage of the circuit system is realized by charge amplifier, and the second amplify stage consists of the peak-value detecting block, comparator, amplifier with AGC (Automatic gain control) function. The simulation results show that the gain of the signal conditioning circuit is up to 53dB, and the system can detect the signals from 0.02 to 20mV produced by acoustic sensor.
