摘要
We searched the effect of some bivalent cations on gastric ulcerogen action of indomethacin (IND), 20 mg/kg (administered on gastric probe) in unique dose, in rats. We worked on male, adult Wistar rats which got one hour before indomethacin i.p., Zn acexamate (ZnAcx), 0.5 mEq/kg, Mg acexamate (MgAcx), 0.5 mEQ/kg, Cu formazanate.(CuFm), 0.5 mEq/kg and nickel chloride (NiCl2), 0.05 mEq/kg. Other groups of rats got only ZnAcx, MgAcxm CuFm and NiCl2 i.p. in the same dose. After six hours from the indomethacin administration (resp. seven hours after bivalent cations compounds) all animals were anasthesized and killed by carotid section. The lesions of gastric mucosa : were macroscopically and microscopically evaluated using a lesion score between 0 to 5. Our data show that Zn significantly reduces the IND ulcerogenic activity (3.04 +/- 0.21 in IND group, 1.38 +/- 0.24 in IND+ZnAcx, p<0.01) and Ni significantly increases the ulcerogenic activity of IND (3.98 +/- 0.16, p<0.05). Mg and Cu didn't significantly influence the lesions induced by IND. NiCl2 administered alone decrease the thickness of mucus layer and produce hemorrhagic lesions on the gastric mucosa level.
