摘要：

Five new 3,6-diaryl- 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b] 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives were synthesized by 9 steps from aromatic acids and evaluated for their activities of anticancer and antibacteria. The structures of all new compounds synthesized were elucidated by NIS, IR, (HNMR)-H-1 and HRMS.
