Problems and Countermeasures Analysis of Employment Guidance Graduates Majoring in Tourism

With the continuous development of the tourism and with the status promotion tour: industry of our country the, tourism competition is becoming increasingly fierce with short sup of talent. However, in this case, the tourism graduates are faced with enormous pressure employment. Whether the guidance work for the employment of college students majoring tourism is enough has been a very important factor to solve this problem. This paper analyzes major problems in current employment guidance of graduates of college tourism and brings forward the corresponding countermeasures, which has important theoretical significance and practice significance for promoting the employment of undergraduate students in tourism and development of tourism itself.
