摘要：
This article deals with parameters for The development and application of evaluation system to the new temporary railway bridge construction in the Czech Republic [1]. Determination of the parameters must be based on specific circumstances, on the railway network of the Czech Republic and on the marginal situation [3]; whose probability is minimum usage is not necessary to the construction of the design.
