Magnetic field dependence of resistivity for Ce0.8La0.2(Ru0.85Rh0.15)2Si2

摘要
We measured resistivity of heavy fermion antiferromagnetic Ce0.8La0.2(Ru0.85Rh0.15)(2)Si-2 in magneticfield up to 4T. The resistivity for Ce0.8La0.2(Ru0.85Rh0.15)(2)Si-2 shows a downward bend at T-N, indicating an antiferromagnetic order with a local moment character. For 1T <= B <= 1.75 T, it shows a jump at T-N as in the case of Ce(Ru0.85Rh0.15)(2)Si-2, where the downward bend was no longer observed. This result indicates that instead of the local moment character, a gap is opened on the fermi surface by magnetic field. For B > 1.75 T, the resistivity is proportional to T-2 without any anomalies, suggesting that the developed gap closes again for B > 1.75 T, and the Fermi liquid state is induced by magnetic field.
