摘要
The effect of herbicide application on non-target plants Studies of the effect of various farming operations on the species composition in field margin flora were also carried out in a field margin with adjacent conventional arable farming and targeted herbicide drift from plots with plastic covering and without covering. Longer studies are necessary to get clear results. In addition to the field trials, a bioassay was carried out to show the response of selected non-target species to the herbicides HARMONY (thifensulfuron) and Goltix WG (metamitron). Non-target plants were the rarely found weed species Ranunculus arvensis, Calendula arvensis, Stachys annua and Ajuga chamaepitys. Response to the herbicides varied with the species, dosage and growth stage. The herbicidal effect was identified taking into account damage to the plant, shoot mass and seed mass. Significant differences between untreated control and very low herbicide dosage were partially found with shoot mass. However, seed production was not significantly lower after application of the four low dosages at 4-leaf stage of the plants.
