Suning's Online Versus Offline Dilemma: Review on Retailer's Dual-Channel Supply Chain

摘要
Dual-channel supply chain management has attracted increasing attention within academia, but existing researches concern too much about suppliers. Fascinated by the question of whether Suning should charge uniform prices through online and offline channels, this paper categorized and reviewed recent literature on retailer's dual-channel supply chain. Particularly, pricing strategies and coordination policies play an essential role in the relevant field, which are also the central issues of this review. Furthermore, the review summarized several limitations of extant studies. Finally, this paper pointed out possible directions for future research.
