摘要
This paper presents a new model to calculate the effort component of a software project. To find the optimal values of the parameters of the proposed model, this study used Genetic Algorithm (GA), Simulated Annealing (SA) and Tabu Search (TS) based algorithms. The results of the heuristic algorithms used are also compared.
