摘要：
This paper determines the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of photovoltaic industry in Hebei province by the SWOT analysis of the photovoltaic industry. Then we can find some problems in the development of photovoltaic industry. From the result of analysis, the photovoltaic industry in Hebei province currently has strengths and opportunities obviously and the weaknesses and threats of photovoltaic industry are also very obvious. Thus we put forward the policy suggestions on six aspects at last.
