摘要：
The production efficiency and total output relate to the degree of efforts of all of the members in an economic organization. In this paper, a game model on organization coordination is analyzed and an optimal incentive allocation in a cooperative organization made up of investors, managers and producers is discussed. Based on the conclusion from the analysis, some new explains on the issue of assignment in the reform of the state-owned enterprises are put forward.
