摘要：

The German DRGs are to be reformed again. The effects of the incentives of the DRG ' s as the pricing system for the German hospitals are examined on the deviations from the ideal as an instrument for the fulfillment of regulatory aims. Afterwards the requirements for a reform of the hospital pricing system are formulated considering objective management criteria. The resulting priorities relevant for a reform like a reduction of bureaucratic regulations and a long lasting solution for the funding of nursing shortage and outpatient care are carried out.
