The paper gives an overlook on the strategic planning and basic ideas and strategies behind. The approach with isolated strategies such as financial marketing and sales business strategies with many different explanations and definitions helps to trigger confusion. End result of these situation is thinking about strategy as a pure academically notion Independent on firm's size all of them must straggle with fast technology changes another companies, and with own old business praxis Serious and effective analysis need clear definition and way of executing given aims. Strategic planning approach is modern concept to reach typical aims such as: to be the best on some market segment to manage low costs, to satisfy customers to expand market positions to re establish fast business processes.
