Bottleneck Research and Solutions on Rural Labor Force Transition in China

In the new era, the countryside labor force concerning urban and rural development enters a new period. The solving-method on countryside labor force transfer is very vital for increase farmers' income and building socialist new countryside. Based on arrangement of domestic and overseas related research, this paper systematically analyses a series of main constraint issues on countryside labor force transfer including its quality, institutional defects, power unbalancement and the lack of resources, further puts forward relevant policies and suggestions. It's concerned core how to achieve that the countryside labor force be transferred in interior and as near as possible in the further.
