摘要
With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standard, the car has become an indispensable tool in people's life. People have higher requirements on the stability, safety, and comfort of the vehicle. Moreover, how to design the suspension system with excellent performance has always been the research focus of the relevant institutions at home and abroad. Based on this, starting from the role of automotive suspension, the control methods were divided into the active, passive, and semi-active way. The control mode of the automotive electronic control system was studied, and the sensor, switch, signal and other components of the active electronic control system also were studied. The mathematical model of the active suspension system was built, and the application of fuzzy control in automotive electronic control suspension system was researched. The simulation experiment was carried out by digital simulation, and the effect was studied and analyzed. The practice has proved that the design of automotive electronic control suspension system based on digital simulation can effectively reduce the vibration of the automobile and improve the quality of the automobile, which will become a siginicate direction of future automotive research.
