摘要
Based on the current situation of domestic and international automated warehouse analysis and research, according to user requirements for the project.SIEMENS S7-300 PLC as the core through the analysis of the stacker operation process, puts forward a general design scheme of stereoscopic warehouse.By improving structure of warehouse to meet the storage requirements of different goods. Use STEP7 programming software and modular program design to achieve the design of closed loop control systems, data communication via the fieldbus complete PC and PLC. Select the modules needed for PLC, AC servo motor and corresponding servo drives. The positioning principle and accuracy of the stacker are analyzed, and the positioning process is described in detail. In accordance with the need of different goods, the system is the first to use a new model that is a system has two ways of working.Through experimental test, the system control effect is good, in actual operation shows that this paper studies the stereo warehouse system has certain superiority, practical and efficient, simple manipulation, has certain use and promotion value.
