摘要
This article establishes a set of index system to evaluate the effect of technological innovation diffusion in industrial agglomeration. It takes the electronic information industry as evaluation object, and does some empirical research about Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, the eastern region's average level and the national average level in order to profoundly analyze some core issue in typical regional industrial agglomeration, such as diffusing capacity of technological innovation subject, the innovation diffusing speed, the innovation diffusing extent, the innovation diffusing performance, the innovation diffusing environment and so on. On the basis, the technological innovation diffusing effect of electronic information industry in each region above is synthetically compared. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasure about how to enhance the technological innovation diffusion's effect of industrial agglomeration.
