Research and development of networked process planning system based on dynamic management of manufacturing resources

摘要
With the rapid development of computer science and network technology, information technologies have been applied widely to manufacturing procedure of products. Computer aided process planning (CAPP), as a bridge to connect CAD and CAM, has been playing a key role in advanced manufacture fields, such as computer integrated manufacturing, agile manufacturing, virtual manufacturing, enterprise resource planning and product data management. With information technologies' extensive popularization and their application in the information manufacturing, CAPP technology is gaining more and more attention. Being associated with the production manufacturing environment and following closely with the advanced development of CAPP technology, this paper systematically studies the architecture, implementing methodology and the key technique of networked CAPP systems based on dynamic management of manufacturing resource. Finally, a prototype system is implemented with relationship database technology, PowerBuilder, SQL Server etc. Its advantages, such as feasibility, reliability, practicability, friendly interface, maneuverability, have been verified.
