摘要
The article reports on team development measures in the management of a company in the energy sector. The management consisted of 7 men. The business-oriented cooperation within group of executives was unsatisfactory according to the participants, and was judged as being rather unpleasant: at the interpersonal level. At the request of the speaker, four closed sessions were held within three years, aimed at diagnosing interpersonal stress and friction arising from business concerns, determining causes, and agreeing steps reward improvement. The quality of business-oriented and interpersonal cooperation was measured at each session. The measures and results of the tram development training are presented.
