摘要：
A monolithic temperature insensitive InGaAsP/InP wavelength monitor has been developed for the first time. This wavelength monitor is quite small, similar to 12mmx2mm, and includes a Mach-Zehnder (MZ) interferometer and dual photodiodes (PDs). The temperature dependence of this filter is suppressed to similar to 0.2 Angstrom/degrees C.
