摘要
With the rapid development of automobile industry, the demand for noise and vibration reduction is becoming stronger. Dual-mass flywheel (DMF) system is a new type of powertrain components which can reduce the torsional vibration effectively. However, current study mainly focuses on its design and manufacturing and there aren't specific testing methods or means at home. In view of this status, on the based of torsional vibration theory and analysis this paper brings forward the testing method for DFM, designs the test system and sets up a specialized test bed. By dealing with the torsional vibration signal waveform obtained under a certain working condition, we can ascertain the vibration reduction mechanism of DMF. Hence it provides a feasible solution for the test of dual-mass flywheel system.
