摘要：

The article briefly describes a current situation in legislation of agriculture and environment, trends in common agricultural policy of European community, and their links with pr e-accession strategy fop the candidate countries of Central and Eastern Europe. According to summoned facts front agricultural and environmental area and expected effects from the enlargement of the European community the article points out the necessary steps which should he included into universities' activities in near future.
