As an important task to realize modernization for the developing country and an unique category in the economics and management fields in our country, the business management modernization is very important to the development of China's business,. In the 30 years since the reform and open policy, the business management modernization in our country has gained a great development, but also till has problems. The theory as a whole falls behind the practice. This article discusses the concept of the business management modernization, and proposes a systematic analysis frame and the research mentality. According to the above work, the article has carried an empirical study on the achievements as well as the disparity in business management modernization.
