RETRACTED: Research on Enterprise Human Resource Competitiveness based on BP ANN (Retracted Article)

It is widely believed that human resource competitiveness is becoming the core competitiveness of an enterprise. Nowadays, IT (Information Technology) is widely used in human resource management. This paper extracted four factors--cost factor, turnover factor, human resource planning factor and employee development factor from 30 indexes of the enterprise human resource competitiveness by using PCA and established human resource competitiveness model, then we did BP ANN training and predict experimental design of 30 enterprises human resource competitiveness, the findings facilitate HR managers to make instant location of the enterprise human resource competitiveness.
