Study on the Risk Management of Enterprise Group: An Integrated Perspective

Compared with the single corporate enterprises, enterprise group has essentially difference in the organization patterns, property rights, etc. The inherent complexity of enterprise groups determines the risk management research results of single corporate enterprises can not simply be transplanted to enterprise groups. Based on the research results of integrated risk management, combined with the characteristics of enterprise groups, this paper studies risk management of enterprise group from the integrated perspective, and analyzes the content of integrated risk management of enterprise group from six aspects, that is goal integration, risk management culture integration organization integration, risk response integration, business process integration, and risk management information systems integration.
