摘要：
In the times of knowledge economy, the consistency of economy has become the mainstream of development of the times, and industry-teaching cooperative innovation complies with the demand of the development of the times, therefore, it has a practical significance meaning to do research on industty-teaching cooperative innovation. This article researches on industry-teaching cooperative innovation, according to the theory of evolution game and models, thus the important factors that effect system evolution process and the stability of evolution.
