Empirical research on affective commitment of manufacturing enterprise employees

摘要
Based on the analysis of 119 manufacturing sample enterprises, the paper verifies the essential parts of Supportive Human Resource Practices (career management; equitable performance evaluation; employee participation; employment guarantee), examines the SHRPs influence on voluntary turnover and work performance through Perceived Organizational Support and affective commitment by using structural equation model. The result indicates that affective commitment is an important intermediary variable through which SHRP and POS exert influence on voluntary turnover and work performance.
