摘要：
The second classroom refers to providing students with professional knowledge from the practice of internship, and launching a series of innovative, academic and public welfare extracurricular activities aimed at improving students' practical ability and comprehensive quality. The second classroom plays an important role in the cultivation of applied talents. The shortage of professionals of innovative ability in the tourism management major has affected the development of the tourism industry. This paper mainly discusses the importance of cultivating students' independent innovation ability on the basis of practical teaching in the second classroom, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the second classroom of tourism management, and proposes solutions to improve the innovative ability of tourism management students.
