Ferroelectric and magnetic properties of 0.5BiFeO3-0.5PbFe0.5Nb0.5O3 ceramics

摘要
The microstructure, dielectric and magnetic characteristics, and magnetodielectric effect in multiferroic 0.5BiFeO(3)-0.5PbFe(0.5)Nb(0.5)O(3) ceramics are studied. It is determined that 0.5BiFeO(3)-5PbFe(0.5)Nb(0.5)O(3) belongs to the relaxor ferroelectrics group by the nature of changes in the real and imaginary parts of the complex permittivity at T = 30-300 degrees C. It is discovered that the material is in magnetic phase at room temperature. The magnetodielectric effect (positive and negative) is detected at T < 200 degrees C. The maximum value of magnetodielectric coefficient is 1.64%. The reasons for the identified regularities are discussed.
