Distributed Opportunistic Scheduling With Interference Mitigation Antenna Selection for Ultra-Dense D2D Networks

摘要
This letter proposes a novel distributed opportunistic scheduling with interference mitigation antenna selection (DOS-IMAS) to achieve the optimal multi-user diversity in ultra-dense device-to-device (D2D) networks. The proposed DOS-IMAS opportunistically and sequentially selects K D2D pairs in a fully distributed manner based on interference and desired signal power thresholds. We prove that the proposed DOS-IMAS achieves the optimal multi-user diversity K log SNR log (n) under n = omega((MN)(1/kappa-1) SNR (K(K-1)/1-kappa)), where SNR, n, M, and N denote the signal-to-noise ratio, the total number of D2D pairs in the network, the number of transmit antennas, the number of receive antennas, respectively, and kappa is an element of(0, 1). The numerical results validate that the proposed technique outperforms existing scheduling schemes in terms of sum rates.
