摘要:
Several designs of broadband quantum-well infrared photodetectors are considered. The performance characteristics are analyzed by modeling. Test devices designed to cover the 8-12 mu m wavelength region are fabricated and characterized. The results show that a broad device can be realized and their performance is in accordance with expectation. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
