摘要
The basic path towards greatly raising regional innovation abilities and competitiveness is through constructing regional innovation systems, raising efficiency to the greatest extent, lowering innovation costs, allowing the necessary funds for innovation receive effective integration and use, allowing various knowledge and information to receive reasonable allocation and use, and allowing various services to receive timely and comprehensive supply; this is also an important part of uniting China's goals with regional development, increasing China's overall innovation ability and competitiveness, and vigorously promoting the construction of China's innovation system. Effective knowledge management can influence the allocation and effective use of resources for regional innovation systems, can raise the ability of the action-doer, and improve relation networks and operational mechanisms. It is necessary to formulate and put to use a practical and feasible knowledge management strategy when constructing a stable and strong innovation system.
