摘要
By establishing a mathematical model in the previous studies, and based on the CFD software to do the numerical simulation for the corrugated inclination of the plate type heat exchanger and the effect such as internal temperature field, pressure field, flow field during the heat transfer, which caused by the corrugated depth geometric parameters. After the detailed analysis of the influence law between the flow and the heat transfer according to these parameters of plate type heat exchanger, the conclusion is that the corrugated inclination of the optimal value is 60 degree to 70 degree and the best value for corrugated depth is 4mm. For the further optimization design of plate type heat exchanger, the ripple spacing will be studied in this paper. The ripple spacing is obtained the best range of values between 9 to 15 mm
