摘要
A wideband linearly polarized dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) is proposed with high-gain and broadband performance. Elements are fed by the substrate-integrated-waveguide (SIW), covering a bandwidth of 26.8% from 62 to 78GHz. Double-layered DRA is designed to achieve an enhanced high gain up to 9.9 dBi with a small variation of 0.3 dBi on the operating band. The model presented in this paper would be a good candidate with advantages of low profile and low-cost structure for the upcoming 5G communication systems.
