Analysis on the Pluralistic Staff Incentive Mechanism in the Flexible Management from the Perspective of Administrative Efficiency of Enterprises

Nowadays, the most competitive enterprise, which can be the winner among the ferocious competition, must be an enterprise with high administrative efficiency. In China, the secret of business of some successful and famous enterprises is that almost all of them lay more emphasis on the administrative efficiency. However, many Chinese enterprises already have the disadvantage of low administrative efficiency which influences the operation of each department and the economic benefits. The flexible management has gained more attention in enterprises administration, because it has provided an efficient solution for low efficiency problems, of which the staff incentive mechanism is the core content. This paper discusses the staff incentive mechanism, and put forth pluralistic incentive. mechanism to solve the low efficiency problem to some extent.
