Research on Reform of Physical Education Curriculum System of Higher Vocational Education in Western Region

In modern society, the enterprise not only needs technical talents, but also pays attention to the staff's physical condition. In order to adapt to the requirements of social development, many colleges pay more and more attention to education of physical education curriculum. As for western region with relatively laggard sports facilities, it is more necessary to carry out reform of physical education curriculum system. Through analysis on current situation of physical education curriculum of higher vocational education in western region, this paper mainly analyzes problems existing in physical teaching content and teaching method, and then proposes how to establish a reasonable reform mode for physical education curriculum.
