Study on the Strategy of Technical Ability Talents Training in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)

An enterprise need various types of personnel with a certain proportion and personnel structure to optimize its performance. And that of technical ability talents is an important force in the building of China's national economy, whose role is self-evident for enterprise development. Based on the analysis of current status and problems of technical ability talents training in China's small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the paper tries to explore training strategy suitable for the development of skilled human resources in SMEs, and puts forward a proposal that strengthen the cooperation of enterprises, government, and vocational schools to build a well-established skills-based training system for SMEs.
