摘要：
This paper analyzed the present situation of Luoyang PV industry and pointed that there still appears the "double growth" of production and export under the "Double Reverse" of European Union to Chinese photovoltaic products. In order to avoid the occurrence of industry landslide and improve their competitiveness, it put forward some suitable countermeasures to the local photovoltaic industry.
