Synthesis and Spectral Characterization of 1,5-Naphthyridine Derivatives through Cross-Coupling Suzuki Reaction

摘要
The present work describes the synthesis of new 1,5-naphthyridine derivatives. The procedure is based on the cross-coupling reaction of commercially available 2-iodo-1,5-naphthyridine with aromatic and heteroaromatic boronic acids through the Suzuki reaction. This process furnished the desired products in high yields. The structures of all the new products obtained in this work are supported by spectral and analytical data. [GRAPHICS] .
