CIVIL-LAW LEGAL MECHANISM AS A MEANS AND METHOD OF CIVIL RESEARCH

Introduction: the category of civil-legal mechanism in the theory of law and civil Sciences is usually considered as the set of legal means or legal acceptance of achieve a certain result. In this sense, it is often becomes the subject of dissertation research. At the same time, the study of civil-legal mechanism involves a specific sequence of scientific research and building work, which in fact can be considered as a methodological acceptance of scientific knowledge. The aim of the present work is to show the value of a category of civil-legal mechanism from the point of view of methodology of scientific knowledge, to prove that the civil movement is not only a tool, but also a special method of scientific research in the civil law sciences. Results: identification of the specific civil-law legal mechanism to achieve results in accordance with the intended purpose of the study can be regarded as a special methodological techniques and tools of scientific knowledge in the legal sciences. This technique also allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of legal regulation and to suggest possible ways to improve it.
