摘要
EU projects play an important role in the development of public universities. Therefore, it is so important to ensure an appropriate level of management of these specific undertakings. Changes in the financing of project management costs co-financed from the European Union funds brought a new financial perspective, necessitated the search for new solutions in this area. The aim of the study was to assess the possibilities of managing EU projects and portfolios composed of these projects at public universities. For this purpose, methods of analysing literature sources were used and quantitative research was carried out using a questionnaire for EU project managers implemented in public universities in the previous and current financial perspective. In the course of the research, it was found that it is necessary to search for solutions combining the advantages of managing multiple projects simultaneously with the management of single EU projects at public universities
