摘要
The model of the IV Industrial Revolution emerges as a new productive paradigm, based on technological change, with an enormous impact on labor markets with structural and permanent changes. The Spanish case is relevant because it is an economy linked to a supranational integration organization to which it has ceded its monetary sovereignty. The peculiarities of the country's economic structure explain the functioning of the labor market, which is highly exposed to the onslaught of the pandemic. However, the public authorities have the legitimacy and legal capacity to implement a comprehensive plan focused on investment and development together with active employment policies that will enable them to face the challenges of the post-COVID-19 scenario.
