摘要
Ionomers with -NH3}X-+(-) groups has been synthesized by chemical modification of some commercial radial styrene-butadiene block copolymers. The method includes bromination of polybutadiene blocks by addition of elemental bromine to the double bonds, followed by quarternarization with treiethylamine of brom-derivative. The quarternarization is practically total, according to the IR sprectra. The ionomer anion-exchange capacity is relatively close the theoretical values. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and mechanical properties were performed on ionomers as well.
