USING OF AGE MANAGEMENT CONCEPTION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

摘要：

The aim of the article is to evaluate the use of the Age Management as a management tool in organizations the Czech Republic. The results were gained by conducting a primary survey in form of a questionnaire survey in Czech organizations (n = 549). The research results showed that only 29.3% of analysed organizations apply the age management actively and 69.4% of them apply it only intuitively. From total of 388 organizations which have stated that Age Management in Human Resource Management is not applied only 22.9% expect to apply it in the future. The importance of this topic in the Czech Republic is increasing with regards to current demographical trend.
