Research on the Management System Reforms in Higher Education Institutions

With economic and social transformations while stepping into the 21st century as background, our country's economic and educational situations have changes greatly and deeply; and the development of higher PE faces many problems and challenges. The current management system of higher PE no longer keeps up with the objective situation of the fast development; therefore, some reforms have to been enforced necessarily. Based on the years of positive and negative experiences acquired in higher education management and studying modem systematic and scientific management theories and others' advanced experiences, the paper investigates and explores the higher PE management reforms, in order to bring higher PE management on the scientific and systematic track, as well as provides references for higher PE management reforms.
