摘要：
The Authors present their experience in diagnosis and treatment of recurrent pleural effusion with videothoracoscopic talc poudrage. 20 patients were treated with this procedure and had a complete relief of dyspnea and elimination of fluid confirmed by X ray. The Authors used a pneumatic system to obtein a wide and homogeneus distribution of the talc. Their opinion is thoracoscopic talc poudrage ia an effective pleural sclerosing procedure and is relatively painless.
