摘要：
This essay will carry out fingerprint image processing based on the technology of wavelet transform, include fingerprint Image De-noising and Wavelet Enhanced. Fingerprint image with the main characteristics can be obtained. Then, wavelet is utilized to analyze and compare the coefficient of fingerprints image. It is prepared for the following feature extraction and fingerprint matching. The experimental results show that the application of wavelet technology for processing fingerprint image can obtain satisfactory results, the application of wavelet analysis and comparison for coefficient of fingerprint image can reduce the computation and improve recognition accuracy and speed.
