摘要：
A regular homeomorphism of the Sobolev class W(loc)(1,1) in the plane domain D is a ring Q-homeomorphism with Q(z) = K(mu)(T)(z, z(0)) where K(mu)(T)(z, z(0)) is the tangential dilatation of f at z(0) is an element of D.
